The MOLLE II Sustainment Pouch attaches to the sides of MOLLE main packs, patrol packs, or almost any backpack and is a great way to create additional space. Originally designed to hold MREs and critical equipment, these are extremely versatile and convenient for carrying gear or equipment that needs to be more readily available.
Part of the new modular equipment system developed by Specialty Defense Systems, Inc. The pouch features four MOLLE attachment straps for attaching to other equipment. You can even loop your utility belt through the straps and carry it in other ways.
