Order
How can I order from MEGOHA-ARMY.de?
You can use the search function to search for a specific product or product category. For a general overview, simply select your desired category in the navigation bar and browse the corresponding sections. Our product images are very high resolution, allowing you to zoom in and see the details and the high-quality materials and designs.
Once you have decided on a product, simply select the desired size and color and click to add the item to your shopping cart. You can then either browse for other favorite pieces for your home or go directly to your shopping cart by clicking "Checkout." Here you will find an overview of the products you have selected so far and can check the size, color, and quantity again. Now simply click on "Checkout" to first enter your personal payment details and then the shipping information. If you have a gift voucher or discount code, enter it in the corresponding field and click "Apply." The purchase price will be updated. Then complete the order by clicking "Buy." You will then receive an on-screen confirmation of your order from MEGOHA and a written confirmation via email.
Can I also order products that are not available?
Many of our products are manufactured specifically for MEGOHA and in limited quantities, and therefore sometimes have a longer delivery time. The delivery time is displayed in the selection box for each item. If a product is listed as unavailable or sold out, please contact our customer service at info@megoha.de – we will be happy to check stock and availability for you.
Do I have to register with MEGOHA-ARMY to place an order?
No, you are not required to create a customer account to order from us. A guest account is sufficient. However, we recommend a customer account with a password, as this will allow you to log in and process your order. It will also make the ordering process much faster for your next order. However, we never store your payment details, regardless of whether you have a guest or customer account.
Payment & Invoice
Is the payment process on the website secure?
When paying, you'll see a small lock icon in your browser's address bar. This means your information is encrypted using SSL to ensure the security of your data. SSL encryption technology is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
What payment methods are available?
In our online shop you can pay with Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung or SEPA Bank Transfer:
Amazon Pay
By clicking on the payment option with Amazon Pay, you will be automatically redirected and asked to log in to your Amazon account. You can then pay with your Amazon account.
PayPal
You will be automatically redirected to your personal PayPal account where you can directly confirm payment of the total amount to complete your order.
credit card
Pay conveniently and securely with your American Express, Mastercard, or VISA credit card. After selecting this payment option, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and card security number in the next step. The order amount will be charged to your credit card upon completion of your order.
Klarna
If you choose to pay with Klarna, you can choose between purchase on account and installment payments. If you choose to pay by invoice, you pay 14 days after receiving your order. Please note: You will only receive an email from Klarna with all the necessary information once your order has been shipped.
If you'd like to pay in installments, you can choose between flexible and up to 24 fixed monthly installments. You can find all the information about payment options with Klarna here.
Instant bank transfer
You'll be redirected directly to your online banking account via a secure, TÜV-certified connection. There, you can conveniently set up a transfer for the required amount while placing your order and pay easily, securely, and quickly directly with your online bank account.
SEPA Bank Transfer
If you choose SEPA Bank Transfer as your payment method, you will receive a confirmation email with your bank details after submitting your order. Please remember to check your spam filter if you don't receive this email. As soon as we receive your payment, you will be notified by email and will then receive your ordered goods within the specified delivery time. Depending on your bank, it may take two to four business days for your payment to reach us.
Will the order amount be debited from my account immediately?
For orders placed with Amazon Pay, PayPal, credit card, and Sofortüberweisung, your account will be charged (with the total amount) upon ordering. If you pay via SEPA Bank Transfer, you will receive our bank details via email along with your order confirmation. Once we receive your payment, you will receive another email from us. We will then prepare to ship your order.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, with every order you will receive an invoice from us by email with VAT of 19%
Delivery & Returns
How long does shipping take?
You can find information about the availability of individual items on the product pages and the order overview page before completing your purchase. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with the exact delivery date. If the ordered product is immediately available in our warehouse, you will usually receive your order within 2-5 business days within Germany.
Can I also order outside of Germany?
Yes, we ship to more than 20 countries across Europe. You can find the delivery costs, including those applicable to these countries, in the table below.
The products I ordered have different delivery times. Can I have them shipped individually?
In the interest of sustainability, we ship all products together if you have purchased multiple items. This means that the delivery time for immediately available products may be slightly delayed, as it depends on the availability of the other products ordered. However, if you would like to receive an immediately available product as soon as possible, the shipment can be split. Please contact our customer service for this.
How will my package be shipped?
We ship most of our home accessories with DHL and UPS. To ensure smooth delivery and to contact you, we need your phone number for this delivery.
We also ship to other European countries with UPS. You will receive the tracking number when your order is shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible at any time, as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our customer service team by email at info@megoha.de. Once our customer service team has successfully processed the cancellation, the process and refund will be confirmed in writing.
Please note that immediately available products are prepared for shipping immediately after the order is placed and we are no longer able to intervene in the process.
How long do I have to return a product if I don't like it? What do I need to keep in mind?
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can easily return the product within 14 days and thus withdraw from the purchase.
How do I return an order?
If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact our customer service at info@megoha.de. Please enclose the completed returns form with your return. A refund will be processed within seven to fourteen days of the item's arrival at our warehouse.
How long does it take to refund returned items?
As soon as your returned items arrive at our warehouse, you will first receive an automated confirmation of receipt from us. Your return will typically be processed individually within seven to fourteen days (after we receive the goods). You will always receive a separate email confirmation of your refund. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take two to four business days for the credit to be credited to your account. If you have redeemed a voucher or discount code, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the products you keep. This will only happen if the total value of your order – after deducting the returned items – is less than the value of the promotional voucher.
Size & product information
I'm not sure which size to order. How do I find the right size?

I can't decide between several colors or sizes. Can I order multiple products for viewing?
We value sustainability and therefore want to avoid large shipments and returns. If you're unsure which size or color suits your home, please contact our customer service team for advice.
If the size or color of the item you ordered doesn't fit your home, you can quickly and easily return the unused product within 14 days. Further information can be found here in the FAQ under the "Deliveries & Returns" section.
Are the colors on the website identical to those of the product?
When photographing our products, we take great care to ensure that the images depict our products realistically. However, since computer screen resolutions and color settings often vary, subtle differences in color nuances may occur.
Discount codes & gift vouchers
How do I redeem a discount code or gift voucher?
You have the option to redeem your discount code or gift voucher at checkout. Enter the code in the appropriate field and click "Apply." The corresponding discount will then be applied to your order. Please note the voucher terms and conditions, such as minimum order value and validity period.
Customer account & newsletter
I've forgotten the password to my customer account. What should I do?
You can quickly and easily reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" in the login area and then entering your email address. We will then immediately send you a temporary password via email, which you can use to log in to your customer account and set a new password.
I signed up for the newsletter but didn't receive a discount code. What should I do?
After signing up for the newsletter, you will first receive an email with a link to confirm your registration. Once you confirm your registration by clicking the link, you will receive an email with the discount code. Unfortunately, technical errors can sometimes occur. If you do not receive either the confirmation or the welcome email, please contact our customer service at info@megoha.de.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To do so, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter.
