From ordering to payment and delivery to surplus
You can use the search function to search for a specific product or product category. For a general overview, simply select your desired category in the navigation bar and browse the corresponding sections. Our product images are very high resolution, allowing you to zoom in and see the details and the high-quality materials and designs.
You can find information about the availability of individual items on the product pages and the order overview page before completing your purchase. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with the exact delivery date. If the ordered product is immediately available in our warehouse, you will usually receive your order within 2-5 business days within Germany.
Cancellation is possible at any time, as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our customer service team by email at info@megoha.de. Once our customer service team has successfully processed the cancellation, the process and refund will be confirmed in writing.
Please note that immediately available products are prepared for shipping immediately after the order is placed and we are no longer able to intervene in the process.
All items are in good used condition with many signs of wear. However, since these items are used by actual military personnel, the condition of each item may vary. Some items may have stains, markings, color fading, minor repairs, and/or surface rust, but no holes or tears. Our staff has inspected all items and made professional repairs where necessary. If for any reason there is a problem with the item, please contact our staff. They will be happy to assist you and answer your questions.
