Can I change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change it. If your order has already been dispatched, you can no longer make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the goods have not been dispatched you can cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped you will need to wait and return the order to us by refusing delivery or by following our returns procedure. If you wish to cancel certain items before they are dispatched, you can contact us and we will adjust your order accordingly.
What is your return period?
We offer a return policy of 14 days from the day you receive the products. If you want to return your order, you can register the return.
What if I don't like the products?
You can easily return your order by contacting us. We'll walk you through the returns process and make sure you're happy. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and refund you. Please note that you can only return an item if it is unused, in its original packaging, complete and has no damage or stains. Any items returned used without the original packaging/material will either be sent back to you or only be refunded up to 75% of the original purchase.
What if the items arrive damaged or I received the wrong items?
It is important that you check your order upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied, let our delivery partner know and get in touch with us. Our quality team inspects your products prior to shipment to ensure they meet the very best standards. However, if we have overlooked something or made a mistake, please let us know within 14 days. It is very helpful if you send us some photos of the damage or other complaints. Our team will review your claim and advise you on how to return the item or arrange for collection. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order a replacement for you.
How much does a return cost?
If you need to return an item because it is defective or because we made a mistake, return/collection is free of charge to you. However, if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will have to pay the costs detailed below.
How long will my refund take?
We can only refund the amount via the payment method that you originally used for your order. Refunds will usually appear on your card or bank statement within 2-3 business days. With direct payment methods like "iDEAL, Bancontact" the refunds are directly visible on your account. We will provide you with a receipt for the refund and a credit for your records.
If you return your entire order, we will refund you in full, minus the shipping costs and the return or collection fee. If you are only returning part of your order, we will refund the returned items, minus the shipping cost and return or collection fee.
RETURN COSTS
One of MEGOHA's core principles is respect for our planet. And that requires a responsible purchasing environment. That's why we offer a free exchange service. Because we understand that you may have ordered the wrong color or the product does not meet your expectations and you would like to exchange it. If this applies to you, you can exchange the ordered products for an identical product in a different color or for a different product free of charge.
However, should you decide to return, we must charge a fee so that we can process your return in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
Below you will find the return fees that apply to returns via a parcel shop or branch. You are also welcome to have your products picked up conveniently from your home, the collection fees incurred for this are to be borne by the customer himself.
