Delivery
Estimated shipping times can be found on each product page.
The time at which the goods are on their way to our delivery partner is deemed to be dispatch.
This does not mean that the goods arrive at your home.
- Most of our items are in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours.
- For standard items (except sofas and other large items), we use DHL or DPD as the shipping service provider.
- As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number (tracking code) from us.
- For larger items such as sofas, chaise lounges and other large items you will not receive a tracking code, so instead call our carrier who will arrange a delivery date with you.
- You may receive updates via email or SMS. However, this depends on the provider and country.
DELIVERY SERVICE
We will deliver all the items you have ordered in one shipment, provided they can be shipped using the same carrier. If you want a partial delivery of your order, additional shipping costs may apply.
- If necessary, you can select a Saturday or Sunday delivery at the checkout. Please note that additional costs may apply for delivery on weekends.
- If you wish to upgrade an existing order to weekend or premium delivery, we will charge you for this. This option is only available if your order has not yet been dispatched.
- If you would like your order delivered by a specific date you can select this under the delivery options at checkout or contact us so we can arrange this for you.
- Would you like your order to be fully assembled or do you have a large project? We take over the assembly and disposal of the protective and assembly material. Please contact us so that we can make you an individual offer.
- Even if you live outside the EU, you can order from us. Please contact our sales team so that we can provide you with an individual offer.
- If you live on an island, additional shipping costs apply. Please contact our sales team so that we can make you an individual offer.
