All-weather coat for women/ All services

The All Weather Coat is a black double-breasted coat with seven button closures, a belt, an adjustable collar with buttons at the neck, a pistol flap, shoulder loops, adjustable sleeve straps, welt pockets with two inner hanging pockets, and a zip lining. The back of the coat has a nylon taffeta yoke sleeve lining. This double-breasted coat will be issued in the Navy's Bag on October 1, 2015. This will also be issued in the Army's Bag.

• The all-weather coat should fit comfortably over the uniform and not restrict freedom of movement.
• Dry cleaning
• The all-weather coat should be worn with a belt and all buttons except the collar button should be fastened. The collar button can be buttoned up in bad weather.
